Emergency Weather Shelter

 (Also known as the 'Lunch Box')

This structure sits at 2329ft (710m) on the Southern Upland Way close to the Radar Dome. Wanlock Visions, alongside D&G Ranger Services, have renovated this structure into a weather shelter. 

The purpose of the Shelter is to aid walkers in getting temporary respite in extreme weather conditions.
